This policy explains how Zatpat Solutions ("we", "us"), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, handles personal data when you use ZatpatPOS at app.zatpatpos.in and zatpatpos.in.
• Your account data — the details of the shop owner and staff who use ZatpatPOS. For this data, we decide how it is used.
• Your shop's data — the products, sales, customers (names, phone numbers, udhaar), suppliers and staff records you enter. This data belongs to your shop. We only store and process it to run ZatpatPOS for you, and we never use it for anything else.
• Name, shop name, phone number, email address and GST number given at signup or setup.
• Login and usage records, such as sign-in times, IP address and browser type, kept for security.
• Everything you enter into ZatpatPOS while running your shop.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To set up, run and support your ZatpatPOS account.
• To send account emails, such as password resets, invoices and important service notices.
• To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
• To raise our setup and AMC invoices.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your shop's customer list for our own marketing.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run ZatpatPOS:
• Hosting and email: Hostinger, on servers located in India.
• Payments: if your shop turns on an online gateway such as Razorpay, payment details go directly to that provider under its own policy. UPI QR payments go straight from your customer's app to your bank, and we never see their bank details.
We may also share data if the law requires us to.
app.zatpatpos.in uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the app work. ZatpatPOS also stores some data on your counter device so that billing keeps working offline.
We keep your data for as long as your account or AMC is active. If you stop the service, we give you an export of your data on request and delete it from our servers within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, tax records). Daily backups are kept for a limited time and are then overwritten.
Your data is sent over HTTPS, access is limited by staff roles and permissions, and backups are taken daily. No system is completely risk-free, but we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. A shop's customers who want to do the same should contact the shop first, and we will help the shop respond.
